Shipping policy

At this time, we are only offering shipping within Canada. International shipping will be coming in the future. Stay tuned.

Shipping Fees:

Free shipping on all orders over $200.00 before taxes. Otherwise, standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping an order under circumstances such as (but not limited to):

-       Order(s) are returned due to incorrect shipping address or Order(s) are returned due to refusal to accept a package upon delivery.

-       For any shipped/delivery-attempted orders with a missing or incorrect address, a $12 CAD service fee, along with the initial shipping fee, will be charged to the customer. If you decide to cancel your order, we can issue a store credit for the order, deducting the original shipping fee. The $12 CAD service fee accounts for the expenses incurred when our shipping partner returns the package to us. As a small business, we regret that we are unable to cover these costs.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2:00pm local will be shipped same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard shipping times in Canada are between 5-10 business days.
